Ordering online
1) Click on the product you are interested in purchasing and fill in all the details requested, including: a) your vehicle b) the product you wish to purchase.
2) Once you have completed all the required fields you will be taken to a secure webpage requesting your card details and shipping address will be taken online. Please note, no money is taken at this point.
3) When your order has been received at Specialised Covers, we shall call you to confirm the details of the order, and to check you wish to proceed. We can take payment over the phone or you can send Specialised Covers a cheque.
4) All products require you to complete our contact/enquiry form. To make the order process as easy as possible please give us as much detail about the product you wish to order as possible. Once Specialised Covers receive your order, we shall call you to go through the details of your purchase, give you a price for the item and if you wish to proceed with the order we can take payment over the phone or you can send us a cheque.

Thank you for using the Specialised Covers website. We very much hope you enjoy the shopping experience. Before you start shopping, please read the following terms and conditions. You will be asked to confirm that you agree and understand them before you complete your purchase. Once you have agreed to these terms and conditions, you are signifying your agreement to be bound by them.

Contract of sale
All items displayed for sale on the website are bespoke, made to measure to your order specifications. Specialised Covers reserves the right to withdraw items for sale at any time. If your website purchase coincides with a break in supply with any of the materials required to make your product, this purchase will not be a contract of sale with Specialised Covers. You will be contacted by Specialised Covers and offered the opportunity to wait to purchase the item(s) of your choice when it arrives back in stock or cancel the sale. Your purchase will therefore not be contractually confirmed until you receive an email entitled “Specialised Covers order - confirmation of postage.” If part of your order is not available, we will contact you for authorisation to make a partial delivery.
Making a purchase
When you purchase an item from the Specialised Covers online shop, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email entitled “Specialised Covers order – confirmation of postage.” You will normally receive a confirmation of postage email within fourteen working days of your order being received and processed. In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, Specialised Covers will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery. Unless your purchase coincides with a break in supply, orders will not take more than fourteen working days to be dispatched. If you have any special requirements for postage, please contact us at the time of your order. We will be happy to try and meet these requirements.
Pricing
All prices shown on the Specialised Covers website are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and do not include VAT. We welcome purchases from overseas and as the prices on the website are displayed in pounds, your credit card company will charge you in your country’s currency at that day’s exchange rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of Specialised Covers.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. Specialised Covers reserves the right to change our terms and conditions and product and price information without any notice being given.
Packaging
We make every effort to package your items safely and securely. It is important that you retain this packaging if you want to make a return. Additional information on returns is provided below.
Postage
All items within the UK will be posted by special delivery and therefore will require a signature on receipt. We post items overseas using the Royal Mail’s International signed for or Airsure services. Current postage prices are for special delivery within the UK:-
Car covers are £10.00 Inc vat
Bike covers are £6.75 Inc vat
Please contact us for overseas prices.
If your order is late, please contact us. We will issue you with its special delivery number to use as a tracking reference with your local sorting office or on the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com). We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery.
Quality
Specialised Covers produce to the highest standard. We take great care to accurately describe each item, but as each product is a bespoke, made to measure, the colour, finish and shape may differ from one item to another.
We want you to purchase from the Specialised Covers website with confidence. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. For more information on returns, please read the section entitled “Returns” below.
Returns
If the item you have purchased from the Specialised Covers website is unsuitable and you wish to cancel your purchase, you must inform us within seven days starting from the day after you have received this item. You must inform us either in writing to the contact point above or by email to sales@carcoversuk.com this communication should include details of your item, the reason for return, your name and address and whether you require a refund or replacement. Please note Specialised Covers will not accept telephone calls with regard to returns purchased on the website.
Specialised Covers recommends that you return your item to us within two weeks of receipt. We will be happy to exchange your items or offer you a full refund, providing that we receive the items in their original condition and original packaging. If the returned item falls outside of these guidelines, then you will be issued with a credit note. If the items arrive with obvious signs of abuse or have been damaged as a result of incorrect packaging being used, then these items will be returned to you.
With the exception of faulty items, you will be required to pay for the return of items yourself. We strongly advise you to return the item as quickly as possible and obtain proof of posting and a delivery service that insures you for the value of your items. Specialised Covers cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If your item is faulty, Specialised Covers will strive to arrange for an item refund or exchange and refund for your return postage within five working days of receipt of the faulty item. Refunds will be provided by the same method by which you paid for the item and will be given no later than 30 days after we have received notification of the cancellation of your purchase.
Data privacy
When you make a purchase, Specialised Covers collects certain information to fulfill your order. However, we are completely committed to protecting your privacy and comply with the eight guiding principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not disclose customer details to any third party for marketing or other purposes unless you give us explicit authority to do so.
If you have set up an account with Specialised Covers, you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of this account and dedicated password. Please contact us immediately if you believe that your password is being used in an unauthorised manner.
Use of our website
All use of the Specialised Covers website must be lawful and not injurious to any third party. You must not copy the content or images contained within the Specialised Covers web pages for commercial purposes without the written consent of Specialised Covers. You must also not use the Specialised Covers website in any way that undermines the credibility of the Specialised Covers site or Specialised Covers.
All the conditions above do not affect your statutory rights.
